Because of the consumable and hygienic nature of vape products, our return and refund policy follows strict guidelines to ensure safety and fairness for all customers.

Before placing your order, please review the following terms carefully.

Disposable Vapes & Pre-Filled Pods

Due to hygiene and safety standards, no standard warranty applies to disposable vapes or pods.

However, we do allow returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect vape item
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Faulty or Defective Vape Products

If your vape is faulty or not working upon delivery:

  1. Contact our customer service within 3 days of purchase
  2. You can reach us easily via Contact Us
  3. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue for verification

✅ Once the product is inspected and confirmed faulty:

  • A replacement vape will be issued
  • Refunds are not offered (exchange only)
  • A $20 delivery fee applies if not combined with your next order

⚠️ Please note: Exchanges cannot be made if the vape device has already been used or disposed of.

Wrong Item or Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen.
If you ordered the wrong vape product or simply changed your mind:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Opened disposable vapes, pods, or e-liquids cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Return postage is borne by the customer
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, but you may request a return after receiving it
