We offer islandwide delivery to all residential and commercial addresses in Singapore.

Our delivery schedule ensures flexibility for your convenience:
- 3:00 PM โ 7:00 PM (Order cut-off: 2:00 PM)
- 7:00 PM โ 12:00 AM (Order cut-off: 6:00 PM)
๐ Orders placed after the cut-off time will be automatically scheduled for the next available delivery window or the following day.
๐ฆ Delivery Days
We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and most public holidays.
During peak demand or heavy rain, minor delays may occur โ we recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery slot.
๐ณ Payment Terms โ Cash on Delivery (COD)
At VAPE IN SG, our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Please prepare the exact amount in cash when your parcel arrives.
- PayNow / PayLah are not accepted during delivery, unless pre-approved with our support team.
- If you request last-minute PayNow without confirmation, the driver may cancel the delivery.
๐ค Safe & In-Person Vape Delivery
All deliveries are handed over in person at the ground floor or building lobby for safety verification.
๐ช Doorstep delivery (to your unit via elevator) is available for an additional SGD $10.

Youโll receive a WhatsApp message from our driver before arrival with an estimated delivery time.
โ Payment process:
- Customer hands cash to the driver.
- Driver verifies and hands over the parcel.
โณ Driver waiting time: up to 5 minutes upon arrival.
If no one is present, your order may be rescheduled for a later slot

Additional SGD $10 delivery fee applies for the following restricted or remote areas:
- CBD Districts: Postal codes 01โ08
- Jurong Island & Tuas: Postal codes 62โ63
- Sentosa Island: All addresses
